Ikiwa week hii ni week ya kumkumbuka mkali Albert Mangea(a.k.a Mimi), yapo meengi yamepita tangu kuondoka kwake, na hasa katika game hili la Muziki wa Bongo Flava, wapo wasanii wapya pia katika game hili na muziki huu umekua na kukua kweli kweli na natamani mkali huyu ange kuwako katika enzi hizi, sipati picha.

Historia yake Kwa ufupi..

Alizaliwa na jina la Albert Keneth Mangwair mnamo tar. 16 Novemba, 1982, Mbeya, Tanzania. Kiasili, ni mtu wa Ruvuma, yaani, ni Mngoni. Lakini alizaliw mjini Mbeya na akiwa na umri wa miaka 5, familia yake ilihamia mjini Morogoro kikazi na hatimaye kuanza masomo ya msingi hukohuko mjini Morogoro hadi darasa la 5 na kupata uhamisho wa kwenda Dodoma ambapo aliweza kujiunga na shule ya msingi ya Mlimwa. Kisha baadaye shule ya Sekondari ya Mazengo na Chuo cha Ufundi cha Mazengo.

Katika ngazi ya familia, yeye ni mtoto wa mwisho (kwa baba akiwa mtoto wa 10) - na (kwa mama akiwa mtoto wa 6). Albert alifariki dunia mnamo tar. 28 Mei katika mwaka wa 2013 kwa hicho kinachoaminiwa kwamba alizidisha kipimo cha dawa za kulevya huko nchini Afrika Kusini. Ngwair aliacha mtoto mmoja.

Kazi na Muziki..

Ngwair alikuwa akiishi jijini Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ambako alikokutana na mtayarishaji mahiri wa mziki P. Funk Majani na kuanza kufanya naye kazi. Hiyo ilikuwa ni mwaka 2003 ambapo alitoa kibao cha kwanza kiitwacho 'Ghetto Langu,' wimbo uliompatia umaarufu mkubwa sana.

Mangwair pia aliwahi kushinda tuzo ya Kilimanjaro Music Awards kama mwana Hip Hop Bora wa mwaka 2005. Mwaka wa 2007 akatokea kwa wimbo wa kimya kimya akiwa na wana chemba. Katika Kimya Kimya anapagawisha.Zipo nyimbo nyingi ambazo Mangwea alitisha nazo kama Vile Gheto langu, Mikasi, CNN, she got gwan, Dakika moja, Mungu Nisamehe, na pia alipata colabo zilizo hit kama ile ya May Baby yake Quick Raka, na nyingine kibao.

Kifo na mauti...

Albert Mangwair alifariki tarehe 28/5/2013 akiwa huko Afrika ya Kusini. Taarifa zinasema alifariki baada ya kutumia madawa ya kulevya lakini kuna utata kuhusu kilichosababisha kifo cha marehemu, licha ya baadhi ya mitandao mbali mbali kuandika chanzo cha kifo cha mkali huyu ila baadae iligundulika kwamba alilewa kupindukia ilhali hakua amekula.(Rest in peace Mangwea).

Leo nimepanda hapa MTOKAMBALI nikiwa na jambo moja tuu lakuzungumzia. Kwa muda mrefu sasa tangu muziki wa Bongo flava kuanza kujulikana kimataifa, kumekuwako na timu tofauti tofauti katika mitandao ya kijamii na hata huku mitaani ambazo zimekuwa ziki support baadhi ya wasanii na kuponda wasanii wengine ambao ni wapinzani. 

Jambo hili linaonekana kuvuka mipaka kwa sasa maana chuki imekuwa ikionekana kati ya makundi hayo kana kwamba ni majeshi ya nchi fulani yakipigana na majeshi ya nchi nyingine.

Ifahamike kwamba, Muziki huu wa Bongo Flava bado ni mchanga(Mdogo) na zaidi ya yote ni yatima. Nasema hivyo kwa maana ya kwamba bado hatuja fikia pale tunapo takiwa kufika kama vile pale walipo fika wenzetu Nigeria, Uganda, Africa kusini na mataifa mengine ya Africa yenye Muziki unao watambulisha, licha ya Baadhi ya Wasanii wa hapa nyumbani kuonyesha kufanya vizuri kimataifa na kitaifa.

 Wasanii wa hapa nyumbani wamekuwa wakipambana vilivyo kila kukicha ili kuufanya muziki huu kufika pahala stahiki ila kuna baadhi ya watu hawapendi kuziona jitihada hizo na badala yake wamekuwa wakiwarushia vijembe wasanii hao na kutowapa support.

By the way simaanishi kwamba hawapewi support, ila suport inayo tolewa ni ile inayotoka upande wa team yake na ile kidogo inayo toka kwa wale wasio na team. Unaweza ukanipinga katika hili ila huu ni ukweli, na Ukiona hali hii haipo kwako, basi tambua kwamba huna team( ha ha haa).

 Lengo langu mimi ni kwamba, hizi team zilizoko kwa sasa zitambue ya kwamba muziki huu wa Bongo Flava ni wetu sote, hajalishi ni msanii wa team ipi ama ipi anaye imba, wote wanaimba Bongo flava. Na sioni haja ya kuwa na chuki katika hili maana Muziki sio vita wala ugomvi. Muziki ni dawa, muziki ni Faraja na Muziki ni Burudani tosha na zaidi ya yote muziki ni darasa huru katika jamii.

Nashangaa eti leo hii mtu ana dhiriki kumtukana msanii wa team ya pili pasipo kutambua ya kwamba hata huyo msanii wa team yake asinge hit kama huyo wa team pinzani asinge kuwako. Huu ni ulimbukeni usio kuwa na sababu na kama ni hivyo basi hakuna haja ya Wasanii hao kuimba bongo flava na badala yake kila team iunde style yake ambayo itatumika kama identity ya msanii huyo. mfano Team XXX watengeneze muziki wa aina yao na Team YYY wawe na yao na Tuiche bongo Flava yetu ikidunda kwa raha zake.

Ni hayo tuu kwa leo, ila tafadhali sana, heshima ya Bongo Flava iwepo. Bongo flava imeanzia mbali, tangu enzi za Kina marahem Complex, Mr two(sugu), sogy dogy, makundi kama vile East Coast team, watengwa, Dojo na Domo Kaya, Daz Nundaz na wakali wengine kibao walio isukuma bongo flava mpaka hapa ilipo.
