Attainable – Set realist goals that challenge you but are achievable.
Relevant – The goal should fit in with your plans.
Time-bound – Goals should have a life span there must be timed.
Specific
When setting your goals there must be exact and must answer the “W” questions.
Who will this benefit?
Why do we want to do this?
Where are we setting up?
What do we want to see?
